In order to maintain or modify historic slots and/or to request new slot allocations,
the airline will use appropriate action codes

When filling for changes to historics, Action Code combinations C/R, C/L,C/I shall be used.
Under no circumstances shall these transactions be used to expand Day(s) and/or Period of operation.C and R

Code N cannot be used to file existing clearances holding historic precedence.N New schedule with New Entrant status B New schedule with New Entrant status with year round status- continuation from previous adjacent season V New schedule with year round status- continuation from previous adjacent season Y Do use multiple C lines (CCCRR…) : this format will be rejected by COHOR

R10 = 10 minutes runway limit
R20 = 20 minutes runway limit
R30 = 30 minutes runway limit
R40 = 40 minutes runway limit
R60 = 60 minutes runway limit
G60 = 60 minutes rolling runway limit
AA = Apron capacity
CF = Curfew
CHK = Check-in Desks
NA = Night Allocation
PA = Post SC coordination for ad hoc
UA = Unable to allocate slot for miscellaneous (reason, including quota reason for Orly Airport)
NEE = New Entrant EU (1st season) – please see below
HEE = New Entrant EU (2nd season) – please see below
NEI = New Entrant International
MR = Multiple Reason
QT = Quota limitations
RT = To respect Turnaround
Some slots might be allocated subject to conditions (action code “T” for temporary clearance). In such case, you must contact your dedicated agent for explanation
